immaculate rooms amazing entertainment pleasant service
My family of five enjoyed our stay a lot. The rooms were immaculate. Evening entertainment was amazing. i especially appreciated the swift car moving during check-in. the staff promptly emailed about a left-behind item.
The lifts are small. Each lift accommodates only two people

evening entertainment dedicated service jacuzzi pool easy transport
i found the rooms immaculate the evening entertainment also stood out i especially appreciated the dedicated service from johnathan our server throughout the week he showed genuine kindness and patience enhancing my overall experience i would certainly consider returning in the future. the jacuzzi pool and steam room were both warm and clean for example. the tram stop across the road made getting around very easy.
the gluten free alternatives lacked a dedicated menu so i had to ask for options which was a slight inconvenience

the restaurant staff were great and very attentive to our needs breakfast had good standard with a variety of options available including gluten free alternatives though a specific menu would have been helpful. the fresh sandwiches served for lunch stood out due to their quality and prompt service.

the location was lovely directly opposite the tram stop making it very convenient to travel around the area the hotel's proximity to transport made exploring nearby attractions quite easy and hassle free i found this particularly useful for day trips. the sea view was excellent.

the room was clean and tidy with a decent size the beds were comfortable and the temperature was well regulated with options to adjust the heating the daily replenishment of tea and coffee was a nice touch making the stay more comfortable. i also had a comfy bed.

food selection great temperature lovely temperature bar time inclusive guests extra cost
The food selection was great. It was difficult to choose what to eat. The room had a lovely temperature. It cooled down during the week, though.
The bar closed at 10 PM for all inclusive guests. Paying after 10 PM was an option. A second act came on at this time. Getting anything decent seemed to cost extra.

the breakfast was amazing!!! it included fresh fruit and a variety of pastries. the staff was attentive and helpful, especially with directions.

slow service uncleared tables
The bar area seemed understaffed, and food service was slow. I found the 9:30 AM breakfast service chaotic. Staff was scarce, and tables remained uncleared, full of leftover food (this was a Monday). I imagine weekends are worse.
